This FF I'd wrote when PKYEK had shown a office scene of Siddharth where Panchi, Piya, T everyone were working. This idea came in my mind at that moment. But never thought to share this story with anyone, as I wanted to make novel based on the office romance.

But now since I dropped the idea of making office romance novel, so I thought to share my memorable story with everyone.

The Vampires Family is about Piya, ofcourse she is human, but this journey is from her Point of View. You will not see any other Point of View in this story. Piya will share her experience of office, her life, her romance and most important how she met the vampires family.

Somewhere, this story is very close to my heart as Piya in this story is my xerox copy. LOL

So don't laugh if Piya acts weird, because I'm like this in my real life.

Disclaimer: All characters, places and events mentioned in this story are pure fictitious. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead is purely coincidental & not intended to hurt anyone's emotions.

The Vampires Family

Summary:
Life has certainly not been simpler for a twenty-four years old girl Piya for past three years. She is a news reporter by profession, who don't like to stay with her parents. She determines to settle independently and moves to Chinchav. She has given a responsibility to report a few unsolved murders and missing cases. There is already a guy, waiting for her, since ages in Chinchav. He is a very protective cold monster. He admonishes her to back out from the cases. She suspects him for being not ordinary and chooses to figure out his unusual behavior by herself, which relates her. When reaches closer to the reality, she confronts him. Her fate is to be with an obsessed vampire, but loving him will dig her in more misfortune.

PPS: Chinchav place does not exist in real. This place is created by me in the story, everything about this place is fiction. I wanted to take some town's name, but it didn't suit or matched with my story, so I created my own place, my own atmosphere and my own hangouts in this story. So don't laugh.

SHORT EXTENDED UPDATE

When I came out from those memories, I realised tears were wrestling on my cheeks. I just wiped my tears away and gave an awkward smile to Misha. She could notice tension and sadness on my face.

She said comedily, "chinta mat kar. Woh tharki police wala dubara kabhi mujhe mila na toh mai usse washing machine mai daal ke dho dungi. Uss ki aisi band bajaungi ke agli baar apne power ka galat istamal karne se pehle 100 baar sochega." I smiled when she said those reliving words by clenching her teeth and rounding the motion of her fist as if she wants to hammer on inspector Shinde's head.

As well as I could see her fingers were clenching under her fist as if she was willing to punch him. She just hugged me tightly and pat on my head to smile, not to cry.

I could finally see smile on my dad's face. He said, "Yeh baat tum mujhe pehle batah deti toh commissioner se bol ke uss ko naukari se nikalwa deta."

Misha said in her funny voice, "Toh aab kaunsa der hua hai? Abhi kar dijiye commissioner uncle ko call? Aur dekha dijiye uss cockroach ko ke woh magarmach se panga nahi le sakta hai." She started doing action with her hand and fingers, as if she has pistol in her hand and she is shooting with that pistol by pointing on mom, dad, me and Ruhi.

"Misha, Misha… itna jada excitement achi nahi hoti hai." Ruhi said sugary way, yet fear rose in her voice while rolling her eyes towards me and then at Misha and then at mom and dad.

We all forgot our bitterness and were enjoying in the car. Misha was trying to make fun of Ruhi and I was the center of attraction. Misha made me referee when she was making fun of Ruhi. I simply enjoyed this moment. I was laughing, teasing Ruhi, slapping Misha on her shoulder and were hanging our hands on each other.

"Bandh karo yeh sab." Mom started shouting on Misha and then she looked at me.

"Tum teeno aab bade ho gaye ho. Apna umar dekho aur apni harqate dekho. Kaun kahega tum teeno 22 saal ke ho?" She taunted.

I closed my lips immediately and my expression turned into seriousness. Unfortunately, Misha is such a fun making girl that instead of keeping quiet, she teased mom from behind by showing her tongue, rolling her eyes and then shaking fingers through her temples.

"Misha chup." I whispered by placing index finger on my lip and stopping her to misbehave.

"Uncle?" Misha annoyed dad by poking at his back with her index finger.

"Kya hai Misha? Car chalane doogi?" Dad amusingly said.

Misha shook her head in response and said, "commissioner uncle ko call karo na?" She said by making puppy face.

"Abhi call karunga toh uss inspector ko mauka mil jaayega meri beti pe ungli uthane ka. Aur mai hargis bardash nahi kar sakta koi meri beti pe ungli uthaye." Dad yelled at Misha and his voice lined guilt.

Misha nods her head and wraps her arms against her chest. She sits quietly without talking anything and I could see how much dad's word hurted her. She just started looking outside the closed window. Her eyes didn't even wanted to meet mine. Ruhi hinted me with her finger to cheer Misha. I did what Ruhi said. I forgot all my pain and started making Misha laugh. Mom was simply staring at us when she saw that I was cuddling Misha in her hips and then in her arms and making her laugh.

As soon as Misha laughed, Ruhi and I joined her and we enjoyed playing pranks on each other. Until, Dobriyal mansion arrived.

Misha and Ruhi hugged me and walked out from the car. They didn't came with us in my house. Maybe because they already had seen mom's anger face, which even I noticed.

Misha and Ruhi took the cab and just left me alone with my parents. I knew many questions my parents must be having in their mind, which probably I've to answer as we go inside the house.

I was getting scared to go inside, mom just hold me from the back of my elbow and forcibly took me inside the gate and then at home.

She threw me on the sofa and started shouting, "kya iss din ke liye humne tumhe aazadi dia tha ke tum uss ka galat faida utha ke ghar se bhag sako?"

Dad tried to control mom, but she busted on dad by saying, "tum chup raho, Arnab. Sab tumhari wajah se hua hai. Aur chadao saar pe apni beti ko. Dost bana-bana ke acha bewakuf bana dia tumhari beti ne aaj tumko." She taunted non-stop, didn't allowed dad and me to speak.

Dad tried to interfere but mom just kept on going with her lecture. At that moment, dad screamed and stopped mom. She remained mum.

"Tum har cheez ke liye mujhe dosh kyun de rahi ho? Galti tumhari bhi toh hai? Tumne bhi kuch kam aazadi nahi dia tha Piya ko. Aur mat bhulo, yeh movies ke liye encouragement usse tumse hi mila tha. Jab maine mana kia tha ke movies pe mat jane doo Piya ko, toh woh tum hi thi jiss ne usse horror movies dekhne ke liye uksaya tha." Dad uninterruptedly talked and mom was busy giving her shocking look by raising her eyes.

This was the perfect one-on-one match for me. My parents were fighting with each other and I was the audience enjoying the fight by sitting on the sofa.

Mom punches dad with her killer words, "mai zimmedar hoon movies bhejne ke liye? Aur novels ke liye kisne encouragement kia tha? Woh tum hi the Arnab, jissne apni beti ko apne jaisa novel kida bana dia tha."

My stomach started fluttering as I laughed loudly, though they were busy with their verbal punches. But they didn't realised that I was enjoying this game show. But who will be the winner?

"Madhu, novel ki baat mat nikalo." Dad pointed forefinger towards mom and continued with his words of action, "Novel padhne mai toh usse interest tha hi nahi. Tum jo leke jati thi usse apne saath, kabhi shopping, kabhi movies, kabhi apne kitty parties. Novel mai interest leti kab woh?" Dad shook his neck and kept on moving his forefingers rising towards mom.

I took more keen interest in watching their punching fights. But there was something missing. I just looked here and there by rolling my eyes and suddenly I remembered popcorn, without which this match is boring. I decided to get popcorn from the kitchen.

As soon as I stood from the sofa, mom groaned at me angrily and screamed looking at me, "Kaha jaa rahi ho?"

There was so much excitement on my face, which was visible for my parents to watch me. I just tried to confuse them by saying, "popcorn laane jaa rahi hoon." I smirked by caressing my curly hair at the side of my face.

Mom gave a confused look, but dad looked at me comedily. He knew what I meant by popcorn. He nods his head and laughed giving a smart look to me. He said to mom, "Madhu, tumne iss ka matlab samjha?"

Mom still had confused expression and she shook her head, but dad cleared her doubts by pointing forefinger at me and angrily voiced, "hum jo iske wajah se lad rahe hai, yeh usse enjoy kar rahi hai. Aur isliye popcorn ke bahane woh entertainment karwa rahi hai khud ka."

Mom raised her voice by screaming at me, "Piyaaa" I placed my hands in my ears and my body shook hearing mom's screamy voice.

Mom angrily said, "hum tumhare liye mini theatre hai jo tum popcorn leke apna entertainment kar rahi ho?" She pointed index finger at me and groaned.

At that moment, I really wanted to laugh but I controlled by sealing my lip tightly and remained mum.

"Ek baat yaad rakhna Piya, aab tum kahin bhi akeli nahi jaaogi." Mom said by pointing forefinger at me and angrily grabbed my arms.

I gulped my throat and made my eyes innocent like a baby, but there wasn't anything I could do, to melt my mom's hurtful heart. I know she was very much hurted by my behavior, but I wish I could explain her how much desperate I was to find a vampire for me. Though hurting them, was not my intention, but somehow I'd hurt my parents and I regret for it now.

Did you enjoy the punches?
